  1. Welcome to epsPRO 4 for IBM PC compatibles and 
  2. the Macintosh.
  3.  
  4. These images are for use in your existing DTP (Desktop 
  5. Publishing) applications.
  6.  
  7. To install ---
  8.  
  9. WINDOWS Only
  10.  
  11. 1.    Start Windows.
  12.  
  13. 2.    In the Program Manager or File Manager, click on the 
  14.       "FILE" menu option.
  15.  
  16. 3.    Click on the "RUN" menu option.
  17.  
  18. 4.    In the "Command Line Box" type the following:
  19.         "The CD-ROM Drive Letter":\INSTALL.EXE
  20.  
  21. This will create a program group icons in the Program 
  22. Manager to launch the preview movies.  To preview the images 
  23. in a category: double click on the icon for that category, 
  24. once the movie is open click on the play button (it looks 
  25. like a triangle pointing to the right) to start the movie
  26.  
  27. If you have windows, then you may be able to view the 
  28. "slide" show previews of the images.  The images on this CD-
  29. ROM are for use in your desktop publishing applications.  
  30. They are provided in a variety of formats for your 
  31. convenience, including EPS and TIFF.  Please note that the 
  32. TIF images are a bit mapped format and not postscript and 
  33. will not print with as high a resolution.
  34.  
  35. The images are organized by format in the "PC" and folder, 
  36. and each image is available in both formats.  The 800+ 
  37. images on this disc are sorted into 26 different categories.  
  38. To preview the images in a category, double click on the 
  39. icon for that movie, then click the play button (it looks 
  40. like a triangle pointing to the right).

  42. See the file "FILELIST.TXT" in the "PC" and "Windows" 
  43. directory for a complete list of the topics available, the 
  44. image descriptive names and their DOS file names.
